I’ve dealt with my fair share of real estate agents and I have to say my experience with Christine was the best. Her advice for getting the house ready for sale was spot on. Those improvements resulted in the first people to look at the home to buy it. I was happy with what I netted from the sale and the buyers are happy with their purchase (I’ve talked to them a number of times). We are all happy and that’s what makes a perfect real estate deal.
