Just so you know a little about us… Ann Petree and Randy Becker began partnering in residential real estate back in 2006. It seems our clients really enjoy having two agents, a male and a female perspective, for the price of one. Before going into real estate, both Ann and Randy enjoyed successful careers in the related Information Technology industry. They bring a techie’s perspective to marketing, which always includes professional photography, pervasive global marketing, thorough listing information, the best brochure out there, featured listings across the web, and constantly updated listing information on every online outlet available.
Ann Petree comes from a marketing and customer service background within local web products and services companies. She grew up in a military family and lived most of her life in the DC Metro area where her mother was a career Realtor (Jean Morris, in case you ever worked with her!) with Town & Country. Her brother is a Realtor in the Outer Banks (in case you’re interested in resort property 🙂 and even her dad spent several years in real estate. Ann has a BA in Journalism and a MS in Information Systems from USC. She was drawn to IT and specifically web development, before finding that her heart belonged to real estate. It’s in her blood!
Randy Becker has an accounting and finance background, which has proven to be an excellent complement to real estate! Randy grew up locally and is a graduate of Falls Church High School. He has an AAS in Business from Northern Virginia Community College and a BA in Management from National-Louis University. Prior to real estate, Randy worked for several financial and mortgage companies, spent 8+ years with MCI, then Freddie Mac before making his permanent transition into Real Estate. Finding he had a propensity toward working with people and successfully helping them realize their home buying and selling needs, he has thoroughly enjoyed his transition into real estate.
Ann and Randy are MultiMillion Dollar Top Producers, lifetime members of the Million Dollar Sales Club, several brokerage related achievement clubs, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR). Ann is also an Accredited Staging Professional, though relies on full time staging professionals when a listing calls for furniture and fixtures.
Christine Weedon came to our team in 2014 with a strong background in health and education. Also coming from a military family, Christine complements our team with additional military relocation experience, excellent organization skills, and marketing prowess. In addition to Marketing, Christine is the Realtor who handles the large majority of our Prince William County business, and is a welcomed Realtor to our team.
